Our Strategy
A Group of Crows, LLC brings together a diverse and experienced team to provide Executive Planning, Development, Entitlement and Construction Management services founded on first-hand expansive real estate, development and construction experience throughout the United States, Canada and the UAE.
Richard specializes in Real Estate Investment Analysis and is responsible for oversight of the firm’s real estate acquisitions, investments and asset management. Richard is also responsible for investor relations and serves as an advisor to the Founder and Chief Development Officer.
Formerly a Director of Investments for the Real Estate Private Equity Firm, Harbour Equity, Richard managed a $640 million portfolio of 16 active development projects. He has served as a lead executive for prominent real estate developers throughout Canada, including having ownership of the financial modeling behind major projects such as the Karl Lagerfeld-designed “Art Shoppe Condo’s” and the Pharrell Williams designed “Untitled Condo’s” in Mid-town Toronto. Richard has also served as a senior consultant on PwC Canada’s National Real Estate Advisory Team, providing strategic advisory to real estate investors and developers.
Richard’s expertise includes real estate deal structuring for acquisitions and project finance, particularly in raising capital for mixed-use and residential development projects within various investment strategies, including ground-up infill development, asset re-positioning and value-add opportunities.
Richard holds an MBA from Queen’s University and has an extensive background in Urban Planning & Real Estate Valuation.
